🔁 রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা

Al Hadi-তে আপনার সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের প্রথম অগ্রাধিকার।

আমরা চাই প্রতিটি গ্রাহক পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। যদি আপনার প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে আপনি নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

✅ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য:

• ভুল পণ্য, সাইজ বা রঙ পাঠানো হয়েছে

• প্রোডাক্টে কারখানাগত ত্রুটি বা ক্ষতি রয়েছে

• অর্ডারের সঙ্গে পণ্যের উল্লেখযোগ্য ভিন্নতা রয়েছে

📦 রিপ্লেসমেন্টের শর্তাবলী:

• পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে

• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত ও পরিষ্কার অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে

• পণ্যের মূল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ ও লেবেল থাকতে হবে

• ডিসকাউন্ট/সেল পণ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়, যদি না ত্রুটি থাকে

🔄 রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রসেস:

• আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিম আপনার অভিযোগ যাচাই করে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করবে

• স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে আপনি বিকল্প বেছে নিতে পারবেন

• রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে (বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ফ্রি)

🔁 Replacement Policy

At Al Hadi, your satisfaction is our top priority.

We aim to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you receive a product that has an issue, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

• You received the wrong product, size, or color

• The product has a manufacturing defect or damage

• The product received is significantly different from the description

📦 Replacement Terms & Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and clean

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for replacement unless defective

🔄 Replacement Process:

• Our customer care team will verify your complaint before confirming the replacement

• If the product is not available in stock, you may choose an alternative

• Courier charges may apply for the replacement (may be waived in special cases)
