📝 শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

আপনার কেনাকাটায় স্বচ্ছতা ও নিশ্চয়তা নিশ্চিত করতেই এই শর্তাবলী প্রণীত হয়েছে। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে একবার পড়ে দেখুন।

1. 📌 পণ্যের বিবরণ ও রঙ

আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব বাস্তবের সাথে মিল রেখে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি।
তবে আলো-ছায়া, ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিন সেটিংস অনুযায়ী রঙে কিছুটা পার্থক্য হতে পারে—এটি রিটার্নযোগ্যতার মধ্যে গণ্য নয়।

2. 📦 অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

• প্রতিটি অর্ডার আমাদের কনফার্মেশন কল বা মেসেজ-এর মাধ্যমে চূড়ান্ত করা হয়।

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১-৩ কার্যদিবস

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস (কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভরশীল)

• ভুল ঠিকানা বা যোগাযোগ নম্বরের কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব বা বাতিলের ঝুঁকি থাকতে পারে।

3. 💳 পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সারাদেশে উপলব্ধ।

• বিকাশ / নগদ / ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার–এর মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য।

• প্রি-অর্ডার বা কাস্টম প্রোডাক্ট–এর ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক।

4. 🔁 রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

• নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ রয়েছে।

• বিস্তারিত জানতে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের [রিটার্ন পলিসি] সেকশনটি দেখুন।

• শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল প্রোডাক্ট বা ভুল মাপের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।

5. 🔒 ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা

• আপনার প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ গোপন রাখা হয়।

• শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• কোনো অবস্থাতেই তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না।

6. 🔄 নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন

• আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক উন্নয়ন ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত।

• পূর্বে কোনো ঘোষণা নাও থাকতে পারে।

• অর্ডার দেয়ার আগে সর্বশেষ সংস্করণটি পড়ে নেওয়ার দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।

• Orders are processed only after confirmation via call or message.

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days (subject to courier service availability)

• Incorrect address or phone number may result in delayed or canceled delivery.

3. 💳 Payment Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

• We also accept bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer for advance payments.

• Pre-orders or customized products require mandatory advance payment.

• Returns and exchanges are available under specific conditions.

• Only defective, wrong, or ill-fitting items are eligible for return.
